The recruitments are often done via recruitment companies. Only when the employee and his/her family have arrived in Denmark and have established themselves, the recruitment as such may be considered successful.

The family’s wishes to the new accomodation (e.g. location, size and type - house/apartment), must be considered before travelling to Denmark. and Furthermore the family must make decisions concerning choice of school and kindergarden/leisure time. On top of the physical frames, a facilitation is needed in the initial stay in Denmark.
